O-Ring security screws in sizes 4/40 (M3) 5/8-11 (M16).
These have a concave groove under the head about ½ the height of the O-Ring, which permits a moisture seal when tightened. There are two ways we manufacture O-ring security screws based on your required quantity. For quantities of 100 minimum, we lathe cut the groove under the head, and then add the O-Ring. For 2,500 pieces or more, we form the groove in the fastener as it’s being headed then add the O-Ring before threading.
