Yes, we only manufacture and sell our own exclusive designs as well as Torx and Hex-Pin styles. We manufacture all of our screws, bolts, and nuts in-house at our state-of-the art facilities in Gilbert, Arizona.
Yes, all orders require a minimum sale of $100.00 on our stock items (Penta-Plus™, Penta-Nut™, and STYKFIT® 7). Our custom security fastener, Key-Rex® has a minimum sale of 500 to 2,500 pieces depending on the size, plus a one-time licensing fee of $500.
We take orders via phone and email. Our toll-free number is (800)-558-1082 and our international number is 1-480-503-3801. Knowing the size, diameter, and length of the screw or nut you are looking for beforehand is helpful but if you don't know, no worries, we'll help you find what your looking for.
If you're having issues with any of our screws, bolts, nuts, or bits, all it takes is a phone call or email and we'll make the effort needed to fix the problem. We accept returns and provide refunds on all products with defects or inconsistencies. For custom fastener orders, we will not refund errors (wrong size, length, diameter, style) made on the customer side but will gladly exchange them for the right fasteners.
We mainly ship through UPS and add shipping costs at the end of your transaction. We won't charge more than the actual cost of shipping. If you have an account with another shipping provider, we will ship on your account if requested. For small orders, USPS is also an option.
