We’ve embarked on making a large structural security nut called, Key-Rex® Structural Nut. Our new security nuts can range up to 2 inches in diameter. We’ve already hit the ground running in 2017. Here a few pics of two machines I recently bought. Both are heavy. Over the years, we’ve found that the girth of a machine matters when making our type of custom security screws. In football terms, the big Offensive Lineman do better for us than fast Wide Receivers. Time seems to be going faster and we’re all trying to keep up. One of our goals for 2016 was getting our fasteners out faster. This was accomplished by adding some more machines. We were concerned when our 3/8 Header went down for a couple of days. There was no spare ready to take up the slack. Now, every machine has a back-up. Recently, a mechanic for a local 7-11 Franchise (picking up his second batch of Key-Rex® fasteners) stopped by our office and relayed a funny story.
