A question I, (Bryce) often get asked is where do customers use our products. One place is on kiosks. I would think the center of the mall is safe enough, but not so. Recently, one of our kiosk companies bought 3 different Key-Rex key codes for 3 different customers. Big John headed the exact same ¼-20 x ¾ flat head screw, but with three different keyways. Each customer will get their own bit that only fits into their keyway. We have long standing success with receiving kiosk orders, going all the way back to one of our first sales. That customer was uncertain of our claims, but after experiencing a successful period of time, he was the first to write us a testimony giving Bryce Fastener a perfect score. Others have used our security screws for unattended vending machines because they’re easy prey to theft and tampering. So far, those companies have scored us the same.
